“I have come to express solidarity with the quake affectees and to tell them that all Pakistanis are with them in this hour of trial. Government will not rest until the last affectee is rehabilitated. Baloch brothers should not consider them alone and the government will make every possible effort for their rehabilitation.” said CM Shahbaz Sharif during his visit to Awaran-Balochistan a couple of days back. Govt of the Punjab has donated Rs. 100 million to the “Prime Minister’s Relief Fund for the Balochistan Earthquake Affectees Fund” setting good example for others to come forward and extend a helping hand to the people of Balochistan in this hour of need.
As a great goodwill gesture the Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif along with Interior Minister, Chaudhry Nisar Ahmed visited the quake hit areas and assured of all possible help to the people.
Their visit has left a positive impression on the people of Balochistan that they are not alone in this difficult situation and the whole Pakistan stands by them.
